Seafood & *Cocktails
We will show you how to make a complete Seared Sea Scallop over Lemon Pepper Linguine dinner for two, complete with a flavorful Garlic Butter Sauce and Salad. We also have our friends from Go Mobile Bar demonstrating three unique Cocktails to pair with the meal for a complete experience.
This is not a couples only event, we welcome all of you single people also! We will show you how to make an Elegant Dinner for One or more!
*Cocktails will be alcohol free. We will give guests advanced notice of the recommended spirits that we can add upon request.

Signature Cocktail Policy
Due to the liquor laws in the state of Pennsylvania, we can only present non-alcoholic drinks unless you provide your own spirits.
We will send out a cocktail list before the event with spirit suggestions if you would like to include them.
Menu Subject to Change
Slight changes in the menu may take place due to ingredient availability. in the event that changes are made, we will endeavor to keep the menu as close as possible to the current menu and will alert guests ahead of time as best that we can.

Feel free to bring your own alcohol. Cocktails that are served will be Non-Alcoholic unless you provide your own spirits.
Pescatarian
Proteins include Scallops only. We will not be including meat in the presentation
