Sicilian Bread Dip

This salt-free seasoning blend combines the classic pairing of tomato and garlic, and fragrant herbs like peppery marjoram and piney, resinous rosemary, with the smoky, fruity heat of chipotle pepper and the grounded warmth of brown mustard.
For Bread Dip:
Mix 1 tablespoon Sicilian Bread dip with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with slices of warm crusty bread.
For Pasta Dressing:
Mix 1 tablespoon Smoky Italian Bread dip with 1/4 cup extra virgin oil. Add to 1 lb cooked, drained and cooled pasta. Stir in your favorite fresh vegetables. Top with _ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Serve as a side dish or add cubes of cooked chicken for a main entree. Serve warm or cold.
For best flavor, let dip set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
