A nutty take on our Champagne Vinegar, use this light and crisp vinegar in your favorite vinaigrette, especially for a spinach or endive salad.

Try it in your favorite sauces to add a slight acidic note.


1/3 cup walnut champagne vinegar

1/3 cup walnut oil or extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons minced shallot (about 1 large)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Simply whisk all ingredients together
